Migraine Weather history and insights screen

Useful without logging. More personal if you do.

You never have to log migraines to receive weather alerts. If you choose to log, the app captures conditions at onset and builds a clearer picture of timing, severity, weather factors, and possible sensitivity adjustments.

Logging and insights are entirely optional

Fast log Record severity, timing, and notes without a symptom spreadsheet.
Weather at onset Pressure, temperature, humidity, and risk level are attached automatically when available.
Patterns and export Review history and correlations, then export CSV data when you want it.

Manually watching the weather is a chore, and easy to forget. The app takes it on for you.

Migraine Weather’s mission is to help people with weather-sensitive migraines stay ahead of potential triggers with reliable alerts that work automatically in the background—without making migraine management another job.

I’m Bryan, and I built Migraine Weather because pressure changes and weather swings are migraine triggers for me. I wanted a dependable heads-up when those conditions were approaching, so I could be prepared before a possible weather-triggered migraine hit.

What to expect.

Migraine Weather is a focused weather-risk awareness tool, not a medical device or a promise that a migraine will occur.

Do I have to log migraines for alerts to work?

No. Weather monitoring and alerts work without migraine logging. Logging is optional and adds personal history, weather-at-onset data, and pattern insights.

How often does Migraine Weather check conditions?

For active users, the service checks the forecast for your selected area approximately every three hours. It evaluates approaching pressure, temperature, and humidity changes using your current sensitivity settings.

What kinds of alerts can I receive?

You can enable push notifications for approaching Yellow and Red conditions and optional SMS text alerts for Red conditions. Migraine Weather limits weather-risk alerts to a maximum of two per day.

Can I adjust how sensitive the alerts are?

Yes. Start with Low, Medium, or High sensitivity, then optionally adjust thresholds for pressure drops, low-pressure periods, temperature changes, and humidity changes.

How far ahead can I see?

The app shows an hourly risk timeline and a four-day outlook. The details view includes 24-hour ranges and charts for pressure, temperature, and humidity.

Does it predict whether I will get a migraine?

No. Migraine Weather identifies approaching conditions that may be relevant to weather-sensitive migraines. Individual triggers vary, weather forecasts can change, and the app cannot determine whether a migraine will occur.

Does it require an account or exact location?

No account or email is required. Location coordinates are rounded to roughly 7.5 kilometers, or about 5 miles, before storage. You can also choose a fixed location.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Migraine Weather is currently available for iPhone.
